Responsibilities
Here is a little about me: l am married to a hilarious man, have two amazingly cool boys + one fur baby, Blu, our South African Mastiff. My favorite sound is silence (and birds chirping), and I’m terrified of deer, especially while driving, In my free time, I enjoy traveling, songwriting, and photography and am obsessed with designing the most memorable events (for my boys and their friends – (I’m that DIYer). Last, I am unapologetically a supporter of and advocate for mental health awareness.
I started this firm after working several years as a business-defense attorney with a reputable law firm. Prior to that (and law school), I worked for a large oil and gas company in the Human Resources department. And before that, I worked for four years as a licensed banker.
Although I truly enjoyed my time with each company, l’ve realized just what it is that brings me the most joy, and that is you.
The truth is, many small business owners and entrepreneurs underestimate the importance of knowing their legal rights and obligations, and that should certainly change. As a CEO, Founder, or President of any company, you are expected to (and should) know your company’s legal rights, risks, and obligations, especially when you enter the big leagues. But that doesn’t mean you should settle for overpriced representation or rely solely on the internet for answers.
Above all, my goal is to educate my clients on understanding the legal fundamentals of operating a business and to do so at an affordable price.
